One teacher from each school is provided with opportunities and resources to nurture the spirituality of Catholic education. The member assists with the following:

• organizing Religion resource material for staff use
• guiding the spiritual climate within the school
• updating school staff at school meetings
• attending meetings with principal and priests to be a collaborative partner in planning for school and parish activities
• assisting other school staff members in planning school liturgies and school Faith Days.
• attending system meetings to receive spiritual nurturing and mapping out plans and to celebrate accomplishments
• attends and participates in the When Faith Meets Pedagogy conference
• agrees to serve for at least two years
• assists with the implementation of various Catholic Community of Caring activities and events
