Skills Ontario Competition – Our Board celebrated great success at the Skills Ontario Competition this
month with two gold medal finishes. OYAP Project Leader Mark Flanagan will introduce the recipients.

McCall MacBain Scholarship – The Board would like to congratulate St. Anne’s CSS Student Trustee, Hannah
Tait, on receiving the prestigious McCall MacBain Scholarship. The scholarship was given to Hannah based
on her demonstration of strong potential for leadership, positive contributions to the school and broader
community, and an overall commitment to excellence. Chair Amy Cronin will introduce Hannah.

Excellence in Teaching Award – The Board would like to congratulate St. Michael CSS teacher, Kathleen
vonEuw, on receiving the Secondary Excellence in Teaching Award. The award recognized her outstanding
commitment to Technological Education through the delivery of creative and engaging programs; active
involvement and leadership roles; and professional development and life-long learning.

Governance Follow Up – In response to the governance workshop hosted in April, the presentation addresses
some suggested changes to the Board meeting structure prior to changes to the Board by-laws. Director of
Education Chris Roehrig will present. (pgs. 3-14)

Achievement will be placed on the Board website for review and commentary with a subsequent
